ULP Community Guidelines and Membership Terms

  1. Membership

  • Membership in the Universal Lighting Platform (ULP) is open to all individuals interested in lighting design.

  • Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

  • Membership levels (Standard, Professional, Premium) may be assigned based on user experience and activity.

  • ULP reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership in cases of misconduct or false information.

  1. Community Conduct

  • Members must interact respectfully and courteously with others at all times.

  • Sharing content that is offensive, racist, sexist, or violates national or international laws is strictly prohibited.

  • Use of copyrighted materials without proper permission is not allowed.

  • Promotion of personal projects, services, or brands is only permitted in designated areas of the platform.

  1. Ethical Standards

  • All members are expected to maintain professional ethics and honesty when presenting portfolios, experiences, and in their interactions.

  • Unfair competition, defamation, or falsifying credentials is strictly forbidden.

  1. Rights and Responsibilities

  • Members may participate in discussions, share educational materials, or present their work.

  • Each member is responsible for the content they publish.

  • ULP retains the right to remove or edit content to maintain community order and integrity.

  1. Violation Management

  • Reports of violations will be handled confidentially and reviewed carefully.

  • Depending on the severity, actions may include warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent account removal.

  1. Policy Updates

  • These terms may be updated every six months.

  • Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the latest version of the guidelines.

  1. Subscription & Payment Terms

  • Members who choose an annual subscription acknowledge that their payment is non-refundable, and cancellation will not result in any reimbursement.

  • Members on a monthly subscription will be charged automatically each month using their registered payment method.

  • If a member does not wish to continue their monthly subscription, they must cancel it before the start of the new month.

Failure to cancel in time will result in automatic renewal and deduction for the next month.
